Our offer includes different kinds of outpatient therapy such as: individual, marital and family. For those interested in personal growth we organise group trainings, body psychotherapy and interpersonal sessions.

We provide therapy for patients over a wide range of issues such as: psychosomatic disorders, anxiety, neurosis, depression, disturbances of behaviour, personality disorders, as well as psychotic symptoms. We facilitate self-development and support individuals in crisis.

Individual psychotherapy is offered to adults who declare personal matters.
Marital or couples psychotherapy is addressed to people whose problem concerns the relationship with the partner.
Family psychotherapy is recommended if the problem concerns children, adolescents or young adults living with their family of origin.

How long does psychotherapy last?
The duration of psychotherapy varies. It depends on many factors - the type of diagnosis, disease duration and the aim that patient wants to achieve. Brief therapy lasts from a few to several sessions, but sometimes the process of therapy requires several years of work.
How often do sessions take place?
The decision on the frequency of meetings is taken together with a therapist at the beginning of therapy.
Individual therapy sessions usually take place once a week. Couples therapy and family sessions may be held every 2 weeks or more.
Where does the therapy take place?
Therapeutic sessions take place at the headquarters of the Polish Milton Erickson Institute in Łódź – 27 Wioślarska Street, in Poznań - Mostowa 11 and in selected places in other cities in Poland.
When do therapeutic sessions take place?
Therapeutic sessions take place from Monday to Friday between 9.00 - 20.00.
Who leads the psychotherapy?
Polish Milton Erickson Institute offers you the help of psychotherapists with psychological, medical (psychiatric) and pedagogical education. All therapists working at the Institute have a specialist postgraduate degree in psychotherapy. They are either certified psychotherapists or on the way to obtain certification.
